F2-223 is a brand-new model from the previous generation F2-221. The brand-new F2-223 uses Intel Celeron N4505 dual-core processor, with main frequency of up to 2.0GHz and the maximum Turbo frequency of 2.9GHz. It is integrated with a GPU graphics card and AES NI hardware encryption In addition, it is equipped with two 2.5G Ethernet ports that feature a read and write speed of up to 283MB/S, and a 4GB DDR4 dual-channel memory (expandable up to 32 GB). Moreover, this storage is internally installed with 2 x M.2 NVMe slots, which accelerates SSD caching and double the storage efficiency of disk arrays. The F2-223 comes with various functions including file storage, multimedia management, backup, cloud drive synchronization, remote access, 4K HD video transcoding, and it is also suitable for home file backup and multimedia entertainment.

Higher Transmission Speed

The F2-223 is equipped with two 2.5 GbE interfaces, supporting a 2.5Gb high-speed network bandwith. The linear data transmission speed can reach up to 283 MB/s. It only takes 4 seconds to copy a movie of 1GB. Even up to 5Gb network bandwidth can be achieved through Link Aggregation.

New Operating System

F2-223 runs the new operating system TOS 5, which adds more than 50 new functions and 600 improvements compared with the previous generation. The new features meet more business requirements, as well as significantly improving response speed, security, and ease of use.

Home Data Center

The F2-223 supports up to 20TB of hard drive, and the total capacity can reach 40TB. It can store 15 million HD photos, 9 million working documents, 20,000 HD movies, and 2 million downloadable music, enabling you to back up the data in Windows PC, MAC computer, mobile phone, HDD enclosure, and network disk to TNAS for centralized management. This adequately protects users from data loss resulting from hardware malfunction or ransomware.
